I read RISC-V Efficient Trace Control Interfaces Specification v1.0.0. 

I have question about trTeDataStallOrOverflow and  trTeDataDrop fields inside TeDataControl register in . They seems to me the same functionality if stall function is disabled (drop is enabled).

Can you please elaborate?
