I thought that G was synonymous with/expanded to IMAFDZicsr_Zifencei?

Yes, you’re correct.

But main point was Zfinx systems can’t use G.

Are both Zfinx and Zdinx incompatible with F, or would it be hypothetically legal to support both F and Zdinx?

Definitionally, F_Zdinx is an invalid combination, because Zdinx requires Zfinx, the latter of which precludes F.  (Not saying it couldn't be made to work on a technical basis in an alternate ISA universe.)
