I'm very confused about the following three issues - maybe somebody can help to elucidate?
Thanks.

#1 - RISC-V International links to Unprivileged/Privileged specifications

If I go to the RISC-V International Specifications page:

I see this:

> ISA Specifications (Ratified)
>
> The specifications shown below represent the current, ratified and published releases.
>
> Volume 1, Unprivileged Specification version 20240411  [PDF][GitHub]
> Volume 2, Privileged Specification version 20240411  [PDF][GitHub]

However the Unprivileged Specification document includes content flagged as "draft" so, presumably by definition, it cannot be a ratified document?
(I didn't check the Privileged Specification document but maybe the same applies to it too?)

Is the reference to "ratified" on this page simply a mistake and maybe carried over from a time when these were actually links to fully ratified specifications?

I logged an issue here but am not sure if it's the right place: https://github.com/riscv/riscv-isa-manual/issues/1400
Is there a better way to log issues against content on the RISC-V International website that may be incorrect?

#2 - Vector extension 1.0 ratification status and specification

According to this page:

The V (Vector) extension was ratified in November 2021.
I presume that this refers to version 1.0?

Confusingly this announcement arguably suggests that the ratification was more recent (within the past two years):

> ZURICH – April 4, 2024 – RISC-V International, the global standards organization, today announced that 40 new technical specifications have been ratified in the past two years, adding to an extensive list of ratified RISC-V specifications. Primarily addressing three core areas, Efficiency, Vector, and Virtualization, these new specs cement the RISC-V instruction set architecture (ISA) as one of the top three ISAs available today.

And the (now archived) GitHub only mentions it being frozen but not ratified:

Was the Vector extension 1.0 actually ratified and, if so, where can that version of the spec be found that just deals with 1.0 (and not also with 1.1 draft info)?

#3 - Vector extension 1.1 specification information/status

Where should one go to get information about the latest revision of the Vector extension specification given that the GitHib repo is archived?

Starting here didn't lead me to anything obvious:

Is there a standalone Vector extension 1.1 document anywhere or just the working version of the Unprivileged Specification that includes Vector extension 1.1 draft info?
