I am new to RISC V, I have completed basic theory of RISC V. Please suggest me How I start writing code for it. I learned UVM for verification of RISC V  but don't know how to start please please help me..

It really depends on what you intend to do.

For example...

• what hardware (e.g.https://riscv.org/exchanges/boards/) or simulator (e.g. Spike, QEMU, Antmicro Renode, Imperas riscvOVPsim etc.) do you want to target? 
• what tools do you want to use (e.g. GCC, LLVM, commercial tools etc.)?
  
• what environment are you interested in - bare metal, RTOS, Linux etc.?
• And so on
