I am new to RISC V, I have completed basic theory of RISC V. Please suggest me How I start writing code for it. I learned UVM for verification of RISC V but don't know how to start please please help me..

It really depends on what you intend to do.
For example...
what hardware (e.g.https://riscv.org/exchanges/boards/) or simulator (e.g. Spike, QEMU, Antmicro Renode, Imperas riscvOVPsim etc.) do you want to target?
what tools do you want to use (e.g. GCC, LLVM, commercial tools etc.)?
what environment are you interested in - bare metal, RTOS, Linux etc.?
