Note that I (and perhaps several other regular participants) will be absent from this week's Validation Subcommittee meeting because it overlaps with the IETF 126 meeting of the ACME Working Group.

Regarding agenda item number 4 (bumping AIA down to SHOULD), if the group believes that this topic should be tackled, I would be happy to be the formal author of the ballot, or endorse a ballot authored by someone else.

See you next time!
Aaron

Hi all,

I am also with Aaron on missing the meeting due to IETF ACME. Also note that at the IETF meeting we will be presenting the updates to the IETF ACME WG dns-persist draft which is the ACME implementation of method 22 (persistent TXT record validation). Feedback from the CA/B F community is welcome.

Best,
Henry

Thanks, Aaron (in reply to note on agenda item 4.)

I'd be fine with converting the current draft PR into a ballot.

All the best,
Ethan
