emailProtection ICA: Key and Signature Combos

Hello all:

There are ~545 current active CAs in CCADB that are marked for email.  

I did not take into consideration if they are a cross or an intermediate.

• Here's a breakdown by their key and signature combinations. 
• Roughly a third of them have RSA key size <3072.  I also lay out the long tail of validity of these CAs.
