Dear Members,

The IPR Review Period for Ballot SC095v3: Clean-up 2025 (regarding EV
Guidelines), has ended, and no Exclusion Notices were filed. Ballot
SC095v3 became effective as of 2026-05-04.

The EV Guidelines Version 2.0.2 is attached (clean and redline), and
will be published on the public website.
