The IPR Review Period for Ballot SC102: EV Domain Reuse and Validity
Alignment, has ended, and no Exclusion Notices were filed. Ballot SC102
became effective as of 2026-08-13.

The EV Guidelines Version 2.0.4 is attached (clean and redline), and
will be published on the public website.
