This Review Notice is sent pursuant to Section 4.1 of the CA/Browser Forum’s Intellectual Property Rights Policy (v1.3). This Review Period of 30 days is for one Final Maintenance Guidelines. The complete Draft Maintenance Guideline that is the subject of this Review Notice is attached to this email, both in red-line and changes-accepted draft format, in Word and PDF versions.

Dear Members,

I just realized the review period did not include the Draft EV Guidelines that was also part of this ballot.

In order to fix this issue, I propose the following:

1. Keep the new BRs that correctly passed the IPR Review process
2. Revert the publication of the EV guidelines 2.0.2 until the proper IPR review process is followed
3. Start the IPR review process for the Draft Maintenance Guideline of the EV document

Please accept my apologies and let me know if this works for everyone or if there are any concerns. 

BTW, I tried to locate the docx version of the official EV Guidelines version 2.0.1. Inigo, do you have it?
