Dear Members,

The IPR Review Period for Ballot SC099: Improve Recording of Validation
Method, has ended, and no Exclusion Notices were filed. Ballot SC099
became effective as of 2026-05-19.

The Baseline Requirements Version 2.2.7 is attached (clean and redline),
and will be published on the public website.
