Next steps/conclusion of IPR period for NS-005

Hello,

Apologies if I missed it, but I don’t see any email in the netsec mailing list archive [1] providing the conclusion of the IPR period for NS-005. According to [2], the end of the review period was November 11^th so it should be expected that the results of the review period be circulated on the list a few days thereafter.

 

Without confirmation that the review period concluded without any IP claims being filed, it is unclear whether implementors should be following version 2.0 or 2.0.1 of the document. In particular, the shift in effective dates from November 12^th to March of next year included as part of NS-005 introduces much uncertainty.
