Unto the populace of the Kingdom of Atlantia.
It is with great sorrow and sadness that I bring to you today news of the passing of one of our own. Her Excellency Baroness Squirrel, known in the modern world as Alisa Christian, has passed from this world to the realms beyond.
Though it was known that this was coming, it still breaks our hearts knowing that she is gone.
Baroness Squirrel was a tiny lady, but she had a big heart and a lot of love for people. She always greeted me with a smile and a hug, as if I was the most important person in her day. She had amazing energy, considering the trials she was undergoing with her health. She remained upbeat and caring, checking with me to make sure I’d eaten something, or had some water, or had gone to visit her husband when he was sitting vigil.
She was a joy to be around, and an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be sorely missed, but also very fondly remembered. We are all better people because she was a part of our lives and a part of the Kingdom of Atlantia.
Please keep her husband and children, as well as her family and friend, in your thoughts as they deal with the loss of a wife, a mother, and a beloved friend.
Your Squirrelency…wherever you are now, whatever realm your spirit has found its way to, I am sure that you are lighting it up as you lit up our world here. We love you, and we will miss you. The Kingdom of Atlantia grieves at your passing, but we will keep your love and your memory in out hearts.
