New Gate requirements

[Exchequer Atlantia]

Good morning Atlantia. As most folk have heard, we have some changes that have come from Society in our Financial policies.  Due to these changes, we will be instituting two new Deputy Exchequer warrants.  These warrants will be handled by local Seneschal and Exchequers, and will be done just like the temporary Seneschal's Warrant for Autocrats.

The first will be for Reservationist/Head Gate (if the group Exchequer isn't doing that job for the event).  This is to give written proof from the group officers that this person has the right and permission to make deposits on behalf of the group.  With the new 48 hour requirement it is very important that more than one or two people are able to make deposits and some banks don't want to accept a deposit from a non-signer.  I will have the new form prepared and up on the Exchequer forms site by the end of the week.

The second will be for Trailers.  I know that no as many groups own trailers, but anyone pulling a trailer belonging to a group has to have one, also by Society decree.  

For Kingdoms that don't have temporary warrants this has now been deemed the Atlantian Solution for other Kingdom Exchequers by our Society Exchequer as a good way to handle our new requirements. 😁
