New Warrants

[Exchequer Atlantia]

Good afternoon Atlantia.  There are two new Temporary Warrant forms on the Exchequer forms page of the Kingdom website.  These are to facilitate the new rules that came down from Corp.

The Gate/Reservationist form is to make sure that no banks argue with a non-signer making deposits for the group now that the 48 hour rule is in place.  Reminder:  all groups need to order a book of deposit slips to give to the reservationist and/or head gate so that they are using pre-printed deposit forms.

The Trailer form is required for anyone pulling a trailer belonging to a group.  If the same person always hauls the trailer, the warrant can be for a year.  This only applies to trailers being hauled on roads that require licensing, etc.  Pulling trailers from the storage to campsites at Pennsic don't count.
