Please remember that all refunds for events must be sent to the reservationist/head gate. The reservationist will provide a list of approved refunds (they need to verify that the person did not get trolled in) to the Exchequer, with amounts and addresses for the checks to be sent to. If you request a refund, be sure to provide the address you want the check to be mailed to. Refunds must be sent in the same name as the reservation was paid.
