WAL Sender Status status is not streaming in master standby

to Greenplum Developers
we try to started and resynchronized with gpinitstandby -n , the status is

  • [INFO]:-Starting standby master
  • [INFO]:-Checking if standby master is running on host: -STANDBY in directory: /data/master/dg-1
  • [INFO]:-Successfully started standby master

but when we cek status stanby master with gpstate -f, the status is 
  • [INFO]:-Starting gpstate with args:
  • [INFO]:-local Greenplum Version: 'postgres (Greenplum Database) 5.29.12 build
  • [INFO]:-master Greenplum Version: 'PostgreSQL 8.3.23
  • [INFO]:-Obtaining Segment details from master..
  • [INFO]:-Standby master details-[INFO]:-----------------------
  • [INFO]:- Standby address = -STANDBY
  • [INFO]:- Standby data directory = /data/master/dg-1
  • [INFO]:- Standby port = 5432
  • [INFO]:- Standby PID = 96212
  • [INFO]:- Standby status = Standby host passive
  • [INFO]:--------------------------------------------------------------
  • [INFO]:--pg_stat_replication
  • [INFO]:--------------------------------------------------------------
  • [INFO]:-No entries found.
where the WAL Sender Status status is not streaming the same as before
