Note, however, that the decision to remand Nessel's litigation back to 
state court did not do anything to stop litigation Enbridge filed against
Governor Whitmer and MDNR asking for injunctive relief against the 
State of Michigan that remains in Federal Judge Janet T. Neff's court.
