Now you can find those solutions – and learn how to advocate for them – all in one place.

Fight back against plastic pollution with the Alliance for the Great Lakes' new Plastic Free Great Lakes Toolkit.

The Plastic Free Great Lakes Toolkit is your blueprint to advocate for plastic pollution solutions in your community. You’ll find background about plastic pollution, policies that work, and tools to help you build support for change.

The toolkit can help you work in your community to reduce single-use plastics like plastic bags and foam food ware, or advocate to your members of Congress to stop industrial plastic pellet spills.

Releasing this new toolkit is part of how we’re celebrating Plastic Free July, a global effort to raise awareness of plastic pollution.  

We hope this toolkit becomes a helpful resource for you.
