Hi All
I was wondering if the log file increases and the disk space is full , Is there any procedure implanted in grase to clear the old log files? if not how can I do it manually?

Which log files are you talking about?
There are database tables that grow each month, and are then compacted each month. Squid logs are rotated on a 3 month basis IIRC.
The database backups currently could fill the disk, you can just remove the old ones in /var/backups/grase/
