EOF Error, new install Grasehotspot V4 on Ubuntu server 18

Hi all, I have installed grase hotspot v4 on ubuntu server 18 VM hyperv, but when trying to log in through the browser it throws me the following EOF error, I have no idea what it is

Can you show the error? Is it an error in the browser? Is there
anything in the webserver error logs?

Hello please I have a problem with grasee, sometime I can't log into grase radmin. whan I enter admin credentials and hit login button grase doease nothing it just hang and can't just enter into admin area and same with generated tickets. please help

Can you show the error? Is it an error in the browser? Is there
anything in the webserver error logs?

Hello sir thank you for replying me.  The problem is that the grase login page does not show any error message. at 10.1.0.1/grase/radmin when am trying to login by entering my admin credentials it not log into it it just refresh the page and not login. I try different browser but same problem. note the grase was working perfectly before but the problem start some days ago. even when I restart grase it can login but for just somes days and the same problem come back.. please help
