Group configuration: how to create a group with a different volume depending on the time of day

Hello mates,

For use in the education sector I would like to know how to configure a group with a different volume depending on the time of day by a program or from the "groupconfig" menu to allow access to the Internet with a quota :

- from 100MB every day from 06:01 to 23:59 (daytime)

- unlimited every day from 00:01 to 5:59 (at night)

This isn't currently something that's been implemented. While it is possible with Freeradius/Coova Chilli, it requires some complicated custom programming in Freeradius to be implemented. It also relies on something called COA (Change Of Authorization) which adds complexity to the setup.

As much as I'd love to be able to support this, it's not currently planned due to the significant complexity increase in the Freeradius/Coova Chilli integration, and the extra code that needs to be written for FreeRadius to handle this. Feel free to create an issue for it (https://github.com/GraseHotspot/grase-www-portal/issues) so we can attempt it in the future.

The issue is created with a slightly modified title "Group configuration: Assigning different volume and speed limitations to a Group depending on the time of day #192".

We are all excited to discover and run V4 very soon...
