Good day

Trying to install grase hotspot as normal, as I have been doing for years .. but I can't seem to do that anymore ? V1.7 not available anymore, downloaded version 1.8, and get this error

dpkg-deb: error: archive 'grase-repo_1.8_all.deb' contains not understood data member control.tar.xz, giving up

PLEASE help urgently? I need to deploy a couple of servers.

All the grase-repo package does is setup the repo.

This is

echo "deb http://packages.grasehotspot.org/ purewhite main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/grasehotspot.list

And adding the https://github.com/GraseHotspot/grase-repo/tree/master/key/grase.hotspot.2020.gpg into /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/

Thank you so much ! One last hurdle it seems, if you could assist. I get the following error

We installed ubuntu 20 this time round, any advise ?

You should install Ubuntu 14.04. Higher OS is not supported by Grase HOTSPOT.
