Good afternoon, a big thank you to our students, teachers, and parents for making last night’s science showcase an evening of fun and learning.
Trimester 2
We are almost two-thirds of the way through the school year. The second trimester ends on Friday, February 27. Our students have learned so much already, and there is still plenty of learning ahead. Report cards for students in grades K–8 will be sent home on Friday, March 6.
i-Ready
Winter benchmarking reports are coming home in your child’s backpack today. Our winter i-Ready results show strong student growth in both subject areas. In reading, students have reached 75% progress toward their annual typical growth, well above the mid-year benchmark goal of 50%. In math, students have achieved 69% progress toward annual typical growth, also exceeding mid-year expectations. Teachers and staff continue to use this data to guide and strengthen instruction. If you have any questions about your child’s results, please reach out to their teacher or the school administration.
Basketball
Our basketball season is coming to a close, but the excitement isn’t over yet. Several of our teams are still in the hunt! Come out tonight at 5:00 p.m. to support our fifth-grade girls (blue) as they take the court at St. Benedict School. At 6pm the 5th grade boys will be playing at Old Saint Marys. Between games, stop by the Fish Fry for a bite to eat, then head west to St. Viator School to cheer on our sixth-grade girls (gold) at 7:00 p.m. and sixth-grade boys at 8:00 p.m. Advancing girls teams will play tomorrow at Saint Andrew, and advancing boys teams will play at St. Benedicts.
Congratulations to our seventh and eighth-grade boys on bringing home their respective championships. What a fantastic way to end the season!
A special shout out to our littlest players as well. Our Biddy Ball teams will wrap up their season on Sunday.
Thank you to all of our volunteers, players, parents, and coaches for a wonderful season filled with teamwork, dedication, and memories we’ll cherish for years to come.
Summer Camp 2026
We are thrilled to offer summer options for our families.
We will hold our traditional summer camps the first two weeks of the summer break. Registration is opening soon.
The parish is offering Totus Tuus in June. Totus Tuus is a summer, week-long Catholic youth program dedicated to sharing the Gospel and promoting the Catholic faith. Registration for grades 1-6 is open.
Saint Andrew Summer Adventure Camp will be offered for the majority of the remaining summer weeks. Registration for Saint Andrew families is open.
Please Help
The Archdiocese launched its annual parent survey. Please take a moment to tell us how we are doing and how we can improve. Survey results provide us opportunities to have important conversations about what we can do to strengthen relationships and student outcomes. Parent Survey.
Students in grades 4-8 will also have the opportunity to participate in a student survey.
