Happy Halloween!
I hope you enjoy this spooky and fun day with all your little ghosts and goblins! A big thank you to our amazing volunteers, committees, parents, and teachers who helped make the Halloween festivities at Saint Andrew—and throughout our community—so much fun. You make the magic happen!
Day off Camp
Don’t forget! There are no classes on Friday, November 7. This is a professional development day for teachers. Saint Andrew will host a basketball camp for grades K-8 on this day from 8:30am-2:30pm. Register here
Family Reading Night
We are very excited to host Camp Read-A-Lot for our K-5 students on Wednesday, November 5 from 4:30-5:30 in the Auditorium.
We’ve Got Spirit!
We look forward to celebrating our fall and winter activities and sports on Thursday, November 6 at our pep rally sponsored by the student council. Students may come dressed in blue and gold spirit wear.
Student Council Drive
Student Council is hosting a Food Drive to support families in need. Please bring non-perishable food items to school from Monday, November 10, through Friday, November 14. Most requested items include canned proteins (like tuna or beans), cooking oil, and healthy, shelf-stable snacks for kids. Grocery gift cards will also be accepted and much needed (please drop those in an envelope in the front office). The Common Pantry and members of our community will be the beneficiaries of this drive.
Your generosity is much appreciated, as SNAP benefits are set to expire very soon. Our community needs this drive more than ever. If your family will be affected by the loss of SNAP benefits, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me personally.
Let’s come together to ensure no family in our community goes hungry this season!
Jet’s Pizza Night Fundraiser
Take a night off from cooking and support Saint Andrew School! Order from Jet’s Pizza at 2811 N. Ashland anytime between 10AM and 10PM on Tuesday, November 11, and mention Saint Andrew. Jet’s will donate 20% of your purchase back to our school. Enjoy delicious pizza and help raise funds for our school.
Tours- Please Share
Our upcoming school tours are on Tuesday, November 11, at 9:00am and Thursday, November 13 at 6pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for prospective families to explore our campus, meet our dedicated faculty, and see firsthand the engaging learning environments we offer. Bulldog Hustle Success
Thank you to everyone who supported this year’s Bulldog Hustle! With 93% student participation and pledges from 37 states, our community came together in an incredible way. The event raised $74,918 to support our curriculum and educational programs. We’re grateful for the enthusiasm, generosity, and school spirit that made this event 100% fun!
Mass and Prayer Service
On Wednesday, November 5, our middle school students will attend mass at 9 a.m., and students in grades K-5 will attend a prayer service in the auditorium at that time. Parents are invited to join us.
