Dear Parents,
I wanted to make you aware of a situation that occurred in the neighborhood near the school today. An ill woman was outside of the building and, unfortunately, was not fully clothed. Out of an abundance of caution, we temporarily kept students inside and closed the blinds while the Chicago Police Department assisted the woman and ensured the situation was resolved.
The situation has since cleared, and normal activities resumed shortly afterward. We are grateful for the quick response of the authorities and keep this woman in our prayers as she receives the help and assistance she needs.
