Good afternoon!
A big thank you to all the campers and their families who joined us for Camp Read-A-Lot this week! It was wonderful to see so many happy readers around the “campfire.” Families that read together never run out of stories to share! A special shout-out to our amazing teachers for making this adventure in reading such a hit for our community.
Student Council Food Drive
Student Council is collecting non-perishable food items November 10–14 to support families in need. Most requested items include canned proteins (tuna, beans), cooking oil, and healthy, shelf-stable snacks for kids. Grocery gift cards are also appreciated and can be dropped off in an envelope at the front office. Food items can be brought to your child’s classroom or dropped off at Kiss-N-Go.
Inclement Weather
Winter can bring all kinds of magic and surprises. In the rare event that we need to close school or go remote due to unsavory weather conditions, you will be notified by email, robo-call, the school website and social media. We do our best to give families as much notice as possible prior to closing the school.
No Cook Tuesday!
Take a night off from cooking and support Saint Andrew School! Order from Jet’s Pizza at 2811 N. Ashland anytime between 10AM and 10PM on Tuesday, November 11, and mention Saint Andrew. Jet’s will donate 20% of your purchase back to our school. Enjoy delicious pizza and help raise funds for our school.
