Regional Finalist Award (laptop)

The fact that no one of regional finalists has received the laptop which was promised as an award for regional finalists is really sad. I mean, if laptop was promised as a prize, we should have received it. They sent us the email that we would receive the laptop, but one year has passed, and still nothing.

I was also selected as a regional finalist of 2018-2019 fair, and I haven't received my laptop either. These days, during the coronavirus pandemic, it is especially difficult to study without a personal computer. Unfortunately, I have not received any news from the organizing committee of the fair since last summer.

Do you have any ideas how we can contact the organizers of the competition? I would be very grateful for your help.
