New invention

If it were possible to discover a device that could detect lost human speech or mechanical sounds, many problems would have been solved on earth. It seems like a murder has happened in a place where there is no CCTV, and no eyewitnesses. Only the bodies are left as a result of the killings. Then if there is a device in the hands of the police or the competent authorities which can be used to bring back all the noise that has occurred in that area. However, the police will know who the killer is. Or who killed him. Maybe inventing a device like this would make crime detection a lot easier.
