Hi guys, i have a few problems related to rendering with arnold, 

just wanna make everything clear, everything is working fine, i can render using regular workflow for rendering crowd and works fine when im rendering cacheProxy...

I have a problem when i export cache/sim as arnold ass standin, then load it back into maya using arnold standin, i can see the bounding box of the agent in the scene but when i hit render i get an error

Error: [ass] line 1: node "CrowdProcArnold" is not installed.

So im not sure what i missed in steps for exporting arnold ass, while we are talking about exporting i have another question, 

Lets say i have finished the sim and exported cacheProxy (not ass, regular proxy) and i have to make some changes using sim cache layout, but i need to export that modified cache again so i could do, for example, some fx in houdini or any other app?

Hi Nicolas, thanks for quick reply 

I just tested abc, and when I import abc back into maya, normals are fliped? 

Fbx loads just fine....

Hey,

I get the same error but with the regular rendering workflow based on this video (Golaem Render Workflow) I'm using Mtoa 2.0+.
In the release notes it states "Also supported (but must be manually installed)". Is this for the Arnold version or must I install something for Golaem ?

Just copy from compatibility dir, dll for mtoa2, and remove the ver from the name ;) by default arnold dll is for ver 4 (mtoa 1.4)
