Please find attached a REVISED Regular Meeting Agenda for the February 5, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.  Staff inadvertently failed to include the "Staff Report" for Case # 49-2026. 

All other items on the Commission's Work Session and Regular Meeting Agenda remain unchanged.  

Staff apologies for the confusion  that this may have caused and looks forward to seeing you on February 5 at 5:30 pm for our scheduled work session.  The Regular meeting will follow at 7 pm.
