Attached please find the August 7, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Work Session Agenda. Discussion materials relating to the proposed amendments to Article 5 [Subdivisions] of the UDC pertaining to small lot integration will be provided at the work session.
The August 7 work session will begin at 5:30 pm in Conference Rooms 1A/1B with a meal service for Planning Commission members.
