      C. Request for Feedback- Follow up to Council Tracker #3992

      1. Potential revisions to Brick Streets Policy Resolution (July 2015 draft)
      2. Potential revisions to Ch. 6 of City ordinances regarding HP review of demolition applications

   2. D. Updates & Feedback on HPC Manual Revisions as needed (note: this is anticipated to be an ongoing activity throughout 2015)

   1. A. Review and Endorse FY2016 Historic Preservation Fund Grant Application: Historic Survey of North Central Columbia (Final Application Due September 30, 2015)

      1. Historic Survey of North Central Columbia Pre-Application

   2. B. Develop a priority list of historic areas to survey

      C. Discussion of a display case and other opportunities to honor late architect Pon Chinn's 50 years of contribution to Columbia's architecture

      D. Discuss format and date(s) for the sale of architectural salvage

   1. A. Updates as Needed on Ongoing Topics

      B. Council Tracker #4030: During the 4/20/15 Council meeting, Mr. Thomas asked Historic Preservation Commission to review and update their report and recommendations on how best to protect historic buildings in Columbia.

          -Develop list of 20 Ways to Support Historic Historic Preservation to present for feedback at the December 7, 2015 Council Work Session

      C. Follow up to strategic planning work session: Setting up a program to work with development, design & building community 

      D. Finalize and Schedule 2015 Walking Tours and decide upon topics/themes

      E. Postcard Recognition for Good Work
