ATTENTION: Effective October 1, 2023, Housing Programs and Neighborhood Services are in the new Housing and Neighborhood Services Department.

On October 19, 2023, the Housing Programs office, previously located at 500 E. Walnut, Ste 108, Columbia, MO 65201 officially moved to our new office at 11 N. 7th St, Columbia, MO 65201.
