NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NEEDS HEARING

The City of Columbia will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 in Conference Room 1B of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.  The City estimates that it will receive approximately $1,000,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and $470,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds in FY 2026.  

The purpose of this hearing is to receive citizen input in identifying housing and community development needs within the community.  Any comments received at the hearing or during the comment period will be considered by the Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC).

Members of the community are encouraged to come and provide public comment regarding our community’s priority housing and community development needs.
