The Commission on
Cultural Affairs will not meet in November. Due to the lack of new business for the November 14th
Commission on Cultural Affairs meeting, the Executive Committee and Staff has
decided not to meet. Please mark on your calendar for a tentative Monday,
December 12th, Commission meeting beginning at 4:15 p.m. Commission meetings are always open to the public.

Annual Arts Organization Funding
Contracts for fiscal year 2017 arts funding were sent to arts organizations in October. Signed contracts, revised narratives and budgets, as well as responses to stipulations are due back to the OCA on or before December 15 and must be received before payment can be made. Small Request Funding
Small Request applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis and are open to non-profit arts organizations that meet the eligibility requirements. The maximum amount of funding per project is $750. Applications must be turned in to the OCA no later than two months prior to the project’s start date; i.e. if your project begins on January 15 your application must be received by November 15.
