OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS UPDATES:
Small Request Funding
Small Request funds for FY16 have been depleted. However, new funds are expected to be available after the city budget for FY17 has been approved by city council. Proposed events/activities must take place after October 1, and preferably after October 10 when the Commission will consider applications received by the due date. Small Request applications for FY17 must be submitted to the OCA no later than two months prior to the project’s start date (i.e., if your project begins on October 13, your application must be received by August 13). Go to http://www.gocolumbiamo.com/arts/funding-opportunities/small-request-funding/for the guidelines and application form.
