Case #’s 16-13, 16-14, and 16-15

A request by Crockett Engineering Consultants (agent) on behalf of Thompkins Homes & Development, Inc. (contract purchaser) to annex 90.8 acres into the City of Columbia, and permanently zone 79.5 acres to R-1 and 11.29 acres to PUD-4.5.  Additionally, the applicant seeks approval of a 130-lot preliminary plat to be known as "Breckenridge Park" and an accompanying variance to Section 25-47 (Terminal Streets) of the City Code as well as approval of a PUD development plan to be known as “Breckenridge Park” all pending annexation and permanent zoning of the 90.8 acres into the City.   The subject site is located between at the western terminus of Smith Drive, approximately 3,000 feet west of Scott Boulevard and the western terminus of Whitefish Drive, approximately 800 feet west of Louisville Drive.  (These items were previously tabled at the March 10 Commission meeting)

A request by Crockett Engineering Consultants (agent) on behalf of Mark Pulliam (owner) for approval of a one-lot final minor plat to be known as "The Gates, Plat No. 1-A".  The 0.66-acre subject site is located at the southeast corner of Rivington Drive and Brackenhill Court, approximately 500 feet west of Abbotsbury Lane.
Case # 16-82 
A request by West Creek Properties, LLC (owner) for approval of a 19-lot preliminary plat to be known as “Stevens Ridge Subdivision”.  The 4.1-acre subject site is located west of the intersection of Route K and William Smith Place, and is addressed 5541-5561 S Route K.

A request by Lyon Crest Properties, LLC (owner) to amend the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and approve a major revision to the development plan of Cotswold Villas at Bluff Creek Estates.  The 8.67-acre subject site is located on the east side of Bluff Creek Drive, east of Pebble Creek Court.
Case # 16-79 
A request by Daniel G. Beckett (agent) on behalf of TCN Investments, LLC (owner) for approval to rezone 1905 Vandiver Drive from M-C (Controlled Industrial District) to M-1 (General Industrial District).  The 0.49-acre subject site is located on the north side of Vandiver Drive, approximately 300 feet east of Burlington Street.
