A request by Crockett Engineering Consultants (agent) on behalf of Thompkins Homes & Development, Inc. (contract purchaser) to annex 90.8 acres into the City of Columbia, and permanently zone 79.5 acres to R-1 and 11.29 acres to PUD-4.5. Additionally, the applicant seeks approval of a 130-lot preliminary plat to be known as "Breckenridge Park" and an accompanying variance to Section 25-47 (Terminal Streets) of the City Code as well as approval of a PUD development plan to be known as “Breckenridge Park” all pending annexation and permanent zoning of the 90.8 acres into the City. The subject site is located between at the western terminus of Smith Drive, approximately 3,000 feet west of Scott Boulevard and the western terminus of Whitefish Drive, approximately 800 feet west of Louisville Drive.
