  1. A request by Crockett Engineering Consultants (agent) on behalf of Mill Creek Manor, Inc (owner) to rezone 23.2 acres of property from R-1 (One-family Dwelling District) to PUD-0.5 (Planned Unit Development) with an associated Statement of Intent, and for approval of a 7-lot PUD Development Plan on 22.8 acres of land, to be known as "Fox Lair". The subject property is located west of Buchanan Drive and south of the terminus of Dolly Varden Drive.

A request by Fred Overton Development (owner) to rezone 21 acres of property from R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District) to PUD-1.5 (a Planned Unit Development District with maximum density of 1.5 dwelling units per acre); and for approval of a PUD development plan to be known as "Creek Ridge". The subject site is located west of the western terminus of Waltz Drive, and south of the southern terminus of Heath Court.

A request by A Civil Group (agent) on behalf of Rock Bridge Christian Church (owner) and Woodhaven (contract purchaser) to rezone a property located between Bethel Street and Green Meadows Circle, on Green Meadows Road. The parcel is currently zoned R-1 (One-Family Residential District) and is 1.16 acres in size. The developer is proposing to rezone the property to PUD 5.0 to allow for construction of an apartment building consisting of 6 apartments for developmentally disabled adults and one on-site staff member. Also requested are variances from Sections 29-25 (e)(5) and 29-25(e)(8) of the Municipal Code, which require screening of paving areas from abutting uses.
