Case # 16-49

A request by THHinc-McClure Engineering Co. (agent) on behalf of Columbia Public Schools (owner) for a variance from Section 25-48.1 of the City Code pertaining to sidewalk construction on property platted after 2001.  The requested variance is for property located at 4303 South Providence Road (Rock Bridge High School) and seeks relief from constructing sidewalk along the property’s South Providence Outer Road frontage.
Case # 16-50
A request by Crockett Engineering Consultants (agent) on behalf of MFA Petroleum Company (owner) for a variance from Sections 25-48 and 24-35 of the City Code pertaining to sidewalk construction on property platted prior to 2001 and located along arterial or collector streets. The subject site is located at the southeast corner of Nifong Boulevard and Peachtree Drive, approximately 1,000 feet west of Providence Road, and addressed as 110 East Nifong Boulevard.

A request by Engineering Surveys and Services (agent) on behalf of Christiansen Investments, LLC (owner) for approval of a 7-lot preliminary plat of PUD (Planned Unit Development),  O-1 (Office District), C-P (Planned Business District), C-3 (General Business District), and R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-family Dwelling District) zoned property to be known as "Christiansen Deline Subdivision", pending annexation.  The 70.6-acre subject site is located at the southwest corner of Highway 763 and Brown School Road.
