Case # 16-53

A request by Robert and Susan Winkelmann (owners) for approval of a two lot final minor subdivision to be known as “West Mount Lathrop & Thilly Replat". The 0.58acre subject site is located on the southeast corner of Lathrop Road and Thilly Avenue, and is addressed 600 Thilly Avenue.

Case # 16-61


A request by Stellar (agent) on behalf of KraftHeinz Foods (owner) for a variance from Sections 25-48 and 24-35 of the City Code which requires sidewalks in subdivisions platted prior to 2001 and sidewalks for new construction on property zoned commercial or multi-family located along an arterial (i.e. Waco Road) or collector street.  The subject site is located on the south side of Waco Road, approximately 1,000 feet east of State Route B, and addressed as 4600 Waco Road.

A request by Engineering Surveys and Services (agent) on behalf of Christiansen Investments, LLC (owner) to annex 70.6 acres into the City of Columbia, and to permanently zone 10.83 acres to PUD (Planned Unit Development), 8.94 acres to O-1 (Office District), 10.0 acres to C-P (Planned Business District), 25.69 acres to C-3 (General Business District), and 15.11 acres to R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-family Dwelling District).  The subject site is located at the southwest corner of Highway 763 and Brown School Road.  (Case #16-34)


A request by Engineering Surveys and Services (agent) on behalf of Christiansen Investments, LLC (owner) for approval of a 7-lot preliminary plat of PUD (Planned Unit Development),  O-1 (Office District), C-P (Planned Business District), C-3 (General Business District), and R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-family Dwelling District) zoned property to be known as "Christiansen Deline Subdivision", pending annexation.  The 70.6-acre subject site is located at the southwest corner of Highway 763 and Brown School Road. (Case #16-35)

A request by the City of Columbia to amend Chapter 29, Sections 16 and 20 of the City Code (Zoning Regulations) as it pertains to Self-Service Storage Facilities.

Case # 16-54


Request by Gary and Julie Durnil and Richard Ouk (property owners) to annex approximately 3.92 acres in to the city and have R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District) zoning assigned to the property as its permanent city zoning. The subject properties are located on the southwest corner of Wyatt Lane and E. Wilson Turner Road, and addressed 5380 E. Wilson Turner Road (Durnil parcel) and unaddressed (Ouk parcel).
