Unified Development Code - Final Public Hearing Draft

The Final Public Hearing Draft of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and its supporting documents have been posted to the following link: www.como.gov/community-development/

Two (2) copies of the documents have been provided to the Daniel Boone Library Reference Desk and one (1) copy is available at the Reception Desk of City Hall.  

A public hearing on the UDC will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission at 6 pm on October 20, 2016 in the Council Chambers of City Hall.  Questions or comments regarding the UDC or its associated documents please contact Tim Teddy, Director, or Patrick Zenner, Development Services Manager, at (573) 874-7239.
