NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION & COMMENT MEETINGS
The City of Columbia is seeking public comment on the potential usage of a 47 acreage tract of land located at 840 N. Strawn Road. The acreage was recently donated to the City and is currently outside the City’s corporate limits. The acreage is proposed to be annexed into the city and zoned R-1 (Single-family dwelling) district.
Future rezoning or development requests will require additional public input. Input obtained during this comment period will be used to guide future decision-making by the City Council.
