Good Evening Recipients:

Attached please find a supplemental document for the above referenced Planning and Zoning Commission item that will be discussed on May 19.  This supplemental document relates to proposed revisions to the Benton-Stephens Overlay District which is to be added to Section 29-2.3 of the proposed Unified Development Ordinance.  

Comments relating the proposed standards may be provided to the Planning Commission during the public information and comment session on May 19 which will begin at 6 pm.  If you prefer, written comments can be submitted to the Community Development Department.
