Unified Development Code (UDC) Existing and Proposed Zoning District Designation Map

Good Morning:

Following the October 20, 2016, Public Hearing on the proposed Unified Development Code (UDC) a request was made to make available a map showing the proposed changes in zoning designations for properties within the City as a result of the proposed UDC.  This map has been made available at the following link.  The zoning designations listed as "proposed" will become effective only upon City Council adoption of the UDC.  The map shown is for "illustrative and comparison" purposes only.

The attached link will guide interested citizens to the requested map.  Instructions on how to use the map are shown on the map's home page.
