         a. Certified Local Government (CLG) Annual Report due November 28, 2014

         b. FY2015 HPF Grant Application for Repair and Restoration of the Maplewood House approved by the City Council on September 15, 2014

      1. FY2015 Maplewood Grant Application materials authorized by the City Council

      1. A. Cultivating a Preservation Ethic*:

        • -Public policy/Planning sub-group: HP incentives/revolving fund, zoning and development codes update, City planning processes   
        • -Technical assistance sub-group: HPC website overhaul, technical assistance, architectural salvage and training programs, partnerships with schools, restoration in progress signs, writing opportunities 
        •       a. Discussion of a potential letter to Council, re: Setting up a formal process to collect and distribute architectural salvage 
        • -Outreach and Promotion sub-group: Library events, walking tours, downtown historical markers, blog 
        • *This topic allows for any sub-group updates or discussion as needed.
