      • Public policy/Planning sub-group: HP incentives/revolving fund, zoning and development codes update, City planning processes   
      • Technical assistance sub-group: HPC website overhaul, technical assistance and training programs, partnerships with schools, restoration in progress signs, writing opportunities 
      • Outreach and Promotion sub-group: Library events, walking tours, downtown historical markers, blog
