Applications must be submitted to the OCA office no later than two months prior to the project’s start date (i.e., if your project begins on May 15, your application must be received by March 15). Only arts organizations with 501(c)(3) status may apply; if you do not have a 501(c)(3) you may collaborate with an organization that does.
