We released an update today to Globus Connect Server, Compute, and Search.


HIGHLIGHTS


Globus Connect Server

  • Added support to restrict inbound transfers, outbound transfers, or all transfers between high assurance collections only.  

  • User/group allow/deny configuration options now accept input from files.

  • Globus Connect Server Assistant now supports HTTP proxies.

Globus Compute

  • Compute Clients now support GlobusApps from the Globus SDK to allow easier management of Globus Auth requirements.

  • Added a JSON serialization strategy, which can remove dependencies on Python and library versions when deserializing arguments.

Globus Search

  • Globus Search now supports a new filter type, GFilterLike, which implements basic wildcard query semantics. See the like filter documentation for more details.
