We released an update to Transfer this morning.

CHANGELOG

Discontinued support for GCSv5.3. All operations that access GCSv5.3, including new installations, collection creation, task submission, and synchronous data access are no longer supported. All GCSv5.3 deployments must be updated to GCSv5.4.
Added support for non ascii filter_strings to directory listings.
