If you are the group admin or manager, you should be getting emails when someone requests to join your group.
I would double check the email address associated with your admin or manager identity. You can do this by expanding the identity information in the Settings page of the web app (
https://app.globus.org/settings/identities). The email sender is
nor...@groups.globus.org, so you should also check your spam. If you still don't know why you aren't getting emails, please file a support ticket at
sup...@globus.org, and our team will help troubleshoot.
